1. About Reddclips

Reddclips is a content aggregation service. We do not host, store, or upload any media content. All media is sourced in real-time from publicly available third-party platforms. Content that is removed at its source will no longer appear on Reddclips. Content creators and rights holders may also request removal directly via our takedown process, and we can blacklist specific content on demand.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to access or use Reddclips. By using this service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who misrepresents their age.

3. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate, permanent ban:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) — Zero tolerance. Any suspected CSAM will be reported to NCMEC and law enforcement.
• Underage users — Minors may not use this service under any circumstances.
• Non-consensual content — Sharing intimate imagery without the subject's consent.
• Gore or graphic violence — Content depicting real-world violence, torture, or mutilation.
• Harassment, threats, or bullying — Targeting other users with abuse, threats of violence, or intimidation.
• Spam or bot activity — Automated or bulk use of the service.
• Age misrepresentation — Claiming to be of legal age when you are not.
• Illegal activity — Any conduct that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law.
• Defamatory, offensive, or harmful content — Content that is harmful to minors, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• False or fraudulent DMCA notices — Submitting takedown notices that you know to be false or misleading.

4. Content Aggregation & Source Attribution

Reddclips does not claim ownership of any content displayed on the platform. All media is aggregated from publicly available third-party sources. We do not modify the content. Original source links are provided where possible. Content creators and rights holders may request removal at any time through our takedown process.

5. Moderation & Enforcement

We reserve the right to monitor, moderate, and review content and conduct on this platform. We may, at our sole discretion, terminate access, ban users, and remove content without prior notice. Bans may be applied based on IP address, device fingerprint, or other identifying information.

6. Limitation of Liability

Reddclips is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Reddclips acts solely as a passive conduit and intermediary for publicly available third-party content. We are not responsible for any third-party content, conduct, or interactions that occur on or through this service. You use this service at your own risk. In no event shall Reddclips be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this service.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Reddclips and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
