3. Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe that content accessible through Reddclips infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA notice containing the following information as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):
- Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list.
- Identification of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it, including the specific Reddclips URL(s) where the material appears. Providing URLs is the best way to help us locate content quickly.
- Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement of good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notification is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
- Source platform information (if known) — because Reddclips aggregates content from third-party platforms, identifying the original source platform and URL helps us process your request more effectively. We can provide the original platform link for any content displayed on Reddclips upon request.
